Shipping and return

1. Shipping

All packages will be shipped with online tracking number, including those with “free shipping”. With those where we charge a shipping fee, only the actual cost will charge with our carriers at corporation discount rate. Depends on package weight, multiple products can be combined in one order to help save the cost. The exact shipping cost can be seen in the shopping cart or when check out. We will use different carriers depend on the products and the country need to ship to. The delivery lead time can be seen at the “tech info” on each product or at your shopping cart when you check out.

The tracking information including forwarder’s official tracking site will be sent in the email after the product(s) are shipped.

4fttx.com makes sure the best shipping courier is chosen, we work with USPS, DHL, EMS, Post office, and other carriers to guarantee the receiving of your order, so if you do not receive your order in the specified lead time included in the email, we will help to urge the carrier and if the result shows a stagnancy or halt in the delivery, we will either provide a full refund or a replacement free.

2. Shipping Address

We will ship the package to the address given in the order made on our website. Please make sure your address is up to date. A phone number is a must, as it can largely help with your local Courier. We can NOT ship orders to APO addresses.

3. Delivery lead time

To USA: sent with USPS 7-15days, forwarder’s Special line 3-7days;
To Germany, UK, France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland (send via forwarder - DHL, DPD, local post office): expedite express 3-7 days, normal express 3-10 days; normal 7-15days;

To other European Countries: 7-20days;

To Russia: 5-10days

To Middle East: Express 4-7days;

To Australia and New Zealand: 3-10days;

Express delivery lead time normally is 3-8 days. Others 7-25 days. It could be longer for countries who have less flight from China. Also, when at holidays at either China or the destination country, the lead time will be extended. Such extending will be extreme when during Christmas and Chinese New Year.

4. Cancellations

Customer may cancel an order at full refund at any time prior to shipment by 4fttx.com by providing advance written notice. However, for any customized Laser Products, Laserlighthunt would normally need 1-2 days to prepare. If such cancellation happened during the preparation time, the Customer will be responsible for a cancellation charge of 20% of the price of the canceled Laser Products, plus the amount of all direct and indirect costs incurred by Laserlighthunt with respect to the canceled order, including without limitation those incurred after receipt of any written cancellation notice.

Cancellations are not allowed for items that have already been shipped. But you can refer to our following Return Policy if you really want to return a delivery after receiving it.

5. Return Policy

4fttx.com is committed to serving our customers, all products are rigorously tested before shipping. 4fttx.com makes no guarantees either expressed or implied as to the suitability of its products for any purpose or application. All products will be provided as per the specifications listed for each product at www.4fttx.com .

When receiving package, we advise all customers to inspect their products prior to signing or acknowledging any delivery. 4fttx.com will not process any damage claims for products that were confirmed to have been received in good condition.

If you feel the product you have purchased is not satisfactory or is not performing to your expectations, you must contact us first to discuss your situation. We would appreciate the opportunity to make the product perform to your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may return the product under the conditions that follow,

Customers who wish to return an item must first secure a return authorization number from our customer service. We shall then reply via email to confirm the address to which the product can be returned. We will refuse all returned items not marked with a valid authorization number. We require that all items for return must be packed securely in their original box.

Return Restrictions:

• Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective Products to us within Seven (7) days of receiving, at the Customer’s option, replacement, exchange, repair, or a full refund, including Customer’s returning delivery charge with proof of the amount. After Seven (7) days, only the warranty applies.

• Non-Defective Product Returns. Customer may normally return non-defective products to us for any reason within fifteen (15) days of receiving for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs of receiving the item from 4fttx.com and returning the item to 4fttx.com . The products must be ensured that are packed adequately to protect against any damage. You do not have to give reason for the cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

The Seven (7) days or fifteen (15) days stated above start from the time that the product arrived at the Customer’s address to the time that the item is scanned by the courier to be sent back to 4fttx.com . If item has been tampered with in any way, or if there are any components, paperwork, or accessories missing or damaged, 4fttx.com may not issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to the Customer at his/her expense. Furthermore, 4fttx.com reserves the right to hold any returned product for testing for up to two (2) weeks if an inspection is deemed necessary by 4fttx.com before making a decision as to whether or not the item qualifies for a refund.

About refund:

* If you wish to receive a refund before shipment,
 We will refund the refund, no handling fee of USD 5 will be charged.
* If you want to get a refund due to a temporary shortage of stock,
 Don't worry, we will refund you within 1-7 days.
* Credit card refunds will take approximately 15 working days from when you submit the refund procedure to when the refund arrives.
* Bank transfer refund, please fill in the details of your account (bank name, branch name,
Branch number, account number, holder) are sent via e-mail or dedicated line. After receiving your account information, we will refund you within 1-7 days.
* Please note that credit card payment orders cannot be changed to bank transfer refunds.

About defective products:

Our shop is very careful when shipping,
But if you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below to return the product within 5 days of its arrival.
(Please note that the product will be out of warranty after 5 days.)
1. When the product is not in use, please take a photo of the defective part with your camera and contact us via email with attached.
2. After the person in charge confirms, we will email the return address to you as soon as possible.
3. The customer should indicate the order number, name, and reason for the return, and return it to the return address. (The return shipping cost shall be borne by us)
4. After the return procedure is completed, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
5. If you wish to replace a defective product, we will responsibly replace it with a non-defective product after completing steps 1 to 3. (The freight is borne by us).
* Please note that due to different images or after using the product, we cannot accept returns.

About commodity exchange (convenient for customers):

If you find that the size/color of the product is wrong after receiving the product, please contact us via email or dedicated line within 5 days of not using the product. After contacting us, please mail it to our return address in advance. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipment of $14.
* We will resend the returned product as soon as we receive it.

About unreachable customers:

We will contact you via email, such as order completion email and delivery completion email. Customers who cannot contact this person via email may not be able to accept orders.
* If you have set up anti-spam measures or set up domain-specific reception, please change the settings in advance so that you can receive emails from the "service@4fttx.com" domain.
